After graduating from Athens College in 1975 I studied at School of Surveyor Engineers in National Technical University of Athens where I earned my diploma in 1981. I was involved is various applied research projects as graduate research assistant and in 1988 I was awarded Doctor in Engineering in the same school.
All these years till know I have worked or still working as consultant, head of department and project manager at public sector ( Hellenic Mapping and Cadastral Organization, Attiko Metro S.A. the construction company of Athens and Thessaloniki Metro, GaiaOSE S.A. a real estate company of Hellenic Railways) or at private sector (Eratosthenes S.A. and Attikes Diadrommes S.A. the operation company of Attica Tollway).
In 1993 I cofounded Terra Mapping the Globe and in 2017 I cofounded Digence P.C. Both companies are involved in GIS projects in Greece and elsewhere.
Due to my professional experience, I am invited to organize and present lectures on Geographic Information Systems applications at undergraduate or postgraduate level programs of Piraeus University.
Currently President of the Board at Terra Mapping the Globe S.A. and Technical Director at Digence PC.
